Custom Golf Accessories FAQ
Answers to the questions golf brands, clubs and corporate buyers ask most about MOQ, samples, lead times and shipping.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQs start at 50 pieces for headcovers and caps, 100 pieces for most towels, ball markers, divot tools, pouches and gloves, and 1,000 pieces for tees. Golf balls start at 25 dozen. Lower trial quantities can sometimes be arranged — ask us.
How long does a custom order take?
A physical sample usually takes 5–10 working days after artwork approval. Mass production typically takes 12–30 days depending on the product, plus shipping time to your door.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We make a pre-production sample with your logo so you can check color, size and finish before mass production. See our Samples page for details.
Do you ship to the United States and Canada?
Yes. The US and Canada are our main markets and we ship worldwide by express courier, air freight or sea freight, door to door with tracking.
Which logo methods do you offer?
Embroidery, die-struck soft and hard enamel, debossing and embossing, hot foil, laser engraving, pad printing and full-color sublimation — depending on the product.
Can you make a product that is not on your site?
Usually yes. Send us a photo or sketch of the golf accessory you need and we will check materials, tooling and MOQ.
How do I get a price?
Send the product, quantity and logo through the quote form. Pricing depends on quantity, materials and decoration, so we quote each project individually.
Do you charge for mockups?
No. Digital mockups are free.
Is there a mold or setup fee?
Many products need no tooling. Custom-shaped metal items and new patterns may need a one-time mold or setup fee, always quoted upfront.
What payment terms do you accept?
Typically a deposit to start production and the balance before shipping, by bank transfer. Terms are confirmed in your quotation.
Can I mix designs in one order?
Yes, as long as each design meets its minimum. Ask us about splitting quantities across colors or sizes.
What files should I send for my logo?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) work best. If you only have a PNG or JPG, send it and we will advise.
Do you offer retail-ready packaging?
Yes — polybags, header cards, kraft boxes and rigid gift boxes with your logo.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Tell us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace or credit defective items according to the agreed quality standard.
