About these terms
This website is operated by AETHER INT’L ENTERPRISE CO., LIMITED (“FairwayCres”). By using it you agree to these terms.
Quotations and orders
Product information on this site is for reference. Prices, MOQs, lead times, specifications and payment terms are confirmed only in a written quotation or proforma invoice. An order is binding once both parties confirm it in writing and the agreed deposit is received.
Samples and approvals
Mass production follows the approved sample. Small variations in color and material that are normal for the manufacturing process may occur.
Artwork and intellectual property
You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logos, trademarks or designs you send us, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from them. We will not use your artwork for any other customer.
Shipping and risk
Delivery terms (such as EXW, FOB or DDP) are stated in your quotation. Transit times are estimates.
Quality claims
Please report any quality issue within 14 days of delivery with photos. Remedies for confirmed defects are repair, replacement or credit.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the affected goods.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
