How a Custom Golf Accessory Order Works

Six clear steps from first message to delivery — with approvals at every stage so there are no surprises.

Inquiry
Tell us the product, quantity, logo and target delivery date through the quote form or by email. Attach your logo if you have it; a rough idea is fine too.
Mockup & quotation
Within 1–2 business days you receive a digital mockup and a quotation with unit price by quantity, MOQ, sample cost and lead time.
Sample
After you approve the mockup we make a physical pre-production sample, usually in 5–10 working days. We send photos and video first, then ship the sample to you.
Order confirmation
You approve the sample and confirm the order with a deposit. We lock in colors, logo position, packaging and the delivery schedule in writing.
Production & quality control
Mass production typically takes 12–30 days by product. We check materials on arrival, inspect during production and run a final inspection with photos before packing.
Shipping & after-sales
We ship by express, air or sea, door to door, and share tracking. If anything is not right on arrival, tell us within 14 days and we will make it right.
